Matt found his connection to yoga at ONE Yoga Denver.
Matt played basketball in college. And for many years afterward he played pick-up ball in Denver area gyms. In his forties he found that the bruising contact from all those games was starting to take a toll. His body felt tired, stiff and worn-out.
He began to attend hot Power Yoga classes over his lunch-hour to burn through the stress of his workday. And he discovered that yoga was not only a great workout, it also brought about a transformative sort of peace and resilience to his body and his mind. He was hooked!
Over the past couple of years, Matt’s become an evangelist, of sorts, for the transformative power of yoga, especially for men. And he is now a 200 HR RYT teacher.
