Yoga Therapy refers to the adaptation and application of yoga techniques and practices to help individuals with health challenges. This type of yoga improves the management of health conditions, reduces symptoms, restores balance, increases vitality, and improves attitude. Movement in these classes is customized to the students’ symptoms, whether they are injury- or disease-related. Our yoga therapy instructors are specially trained to support you and provide a comfortable and safe space to heal. We currently do not offer group classes for yoga therapy. Private sessions are available with experienced teachers.
