Katrin Windsor is a certified meditation teacher who has taught yoga and meditation for 10 years and has maintained a regular practice for 20+ years. Her gift is making meditation accessible to people who are fully in the trenches of their busy lives and help them establish a regular practice. She knows first-hand what it’s like to juggle corporate goals and deadlines as a global executive, entrepreneur, mom, and spouse. Katrin is a Business and Executive Coach and holds the CPCC, Certified Professional Co-active Coach and ACC accreditation of ICF International Coach Federation.
