Restorative yoga is a deeply healing practice that balances vigorous yoga practice and our stressful modern lifestyle. Because we are surrendering, all physiological systems soften and open, releasing deep layers of tension in the musculoskeletal structure, nervous system, emotional body, and mind. We cultivate the sense of being held and supported, allow ourselves to drop down into a deep state of tranquility, and allow our healing power to pervade the experience.
