ONE Yoga has partnered with Dr. Amelia Barrett to bring you a new course designed to give you the tools to manage pain, promote healing, and reduce stress. One of our yoga instructors, Meg Bratt, will begin each session with gentle movement, followed by breathing techniques to activate the healing part of your nervous system, and then conclude with an opportunity for deep rest. Dr. Barrett will explain the science behind why this approach is so effective while Meg will supplement with yogic philosophy. These proven strategies provide an alternative for patients who struggle with pain and for those who want to harness the healing capacity of their bodies.

This 4-week series is designed to serve moderately-mobile and functional individuals who suffer from chronic pain and/or stress. Come experience how yoga can change your relationship with pain.
