Meditations are available online for participants, so you may sign up as late as February 5.

This morning meditation series is designed for new meditators and those wanting structure to get back into their meditation practice. Our community meditation series will meet once a week for one month at 7:30 AM on Wednesdays. Join us at the studio for our group meditation or access the meditation online at your convenience.  The online meditation will continue to be available as a tool for your home practice between meetings. A new meditation will be introduced each Wednesday. To support your practice, the teacher will call you weekly for a brief check-in.

The meditative theme for January will be water – its cleansing and nourishing qualities. The meditations will include a mix of guided awareness, silent reflection, gentle movement, visualization, pranayama (breath control), and chant or mantra.
