Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, is a systematic approach to healing and relaxation. It is used world-wide for reducing stress and anxiety, or simply to relax. In this workshop you will learn the science behind yoga nidra, practice setting up the most comfortable position for yourself, ask questions, and you will experience a full yoga nidra practice. Time will be given at both the beginning and the end of the practice for journaling.
