4:00 – 6:30 PM
Transitions can be tumultuous. When things are shifting, our natural reaction is often to fear or resist because we don’t know what is on the other side. However, change is inevitable. As human beings we are naturally drawn to move and to create. In order to bring something new into our lives we must allow space by letting something old die first – a pattern, a behavior, or an old version of ourselves.
In this workshop and lecture you will be given both experiential and practical tools using the technology of Kundalini yoga and meditation to help empower you through the positive process of transformation. You will be supported on a physical, mental, and spiritual level as you learn how to let go and allow yourself to be born into a higher version of yourself…a full body shift!
