Delve into the meaningful representations of the natural elements we chant. Explore using chant in asana (movement), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation.
Play with Sanskrit sounds that use diverse locations in the mouth to create specific vibrations. If you aren’t a singer, fear not. Traditional Vedic chants have a prescribed meter and are only in high – middle – low notes. Let go of any vocal self-consciousness and tune yourself to something greater!
