This class will focus in techniques to relax and renew that are useful to ease anxiety and stress, promote restful sleep, and deepen focus. Our postural practice begins the engagement of our breath as a tool to coordinate our movements and to focus the mind to listen to the body’s natural intelligence. As we continue to work with the breath more specifically, we connect to a great ability to refine our system and deepen into meditation.
